The color is awesome, and shading, but what really gets me is the simplist thing of drawing the right shape for the face. A face is so defining of a person. It's so easy to cause just a little distortion. Such small changes are the easiet for the eye to notice, and when wrong causes it no longer to be that person.

Have you ever had a charaterization done of yourself...? Usually, after you look and think.. that's not me... and feel a little ripped off. So I applaud you on perfecting the basics along with all the other detailed work that makes this and your other works amazing.
