that's my new LOTR piece, I wanted to do that Arwen, really like the shadow vs light in that scene, quite challenging to do in color, put more time that I usually do for a card. But worth it I think. sketch card 2.5*3.5, so about the size you see it in thumbnail |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. used a dark green markers and get over it with watercolor pencils for shawdows, after alternate B and W strong dry pencils for the lines
what is difficult is the skin coloring and portrait, always spend much more time on that
